❌ Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

For non-negotiable health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products under the following conditions:

  • The Product Has Been Opened, Used, or Has a Broken Safety Seal. Once a cosmetic or food item is opened, we cannot accept it back. This is a strict policy to ensure the safety and purity of all products for all customers.

  • "Change of Mind." We cannot accept returns if you decide you no longer want the product after it has been delivered in perfect condition.

  • Product Did Not Suit You. This includes issues with a product's texture, fragrance, or general preference. We encourage reading product descriptions and reviews before purchasing.

  • Allergic Reaction. Individual skin and body reactions to new products are beyond our control.

As a sanctuary for pure, natural ingredients, we urge you to read all ingredient lists carefully. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare or haircare product. Apply a small amount to a discreet area (like your inner elbow) and wait 24 hours to check for sensitivity. Because we cannot be held responsible for individual allergic reactions, opened products cannot be returned for this reason.
